Hello

For many years my husband and I struggled to have a child. After a wise acupuncturist asked me to share a diet journal with him, I learned that making changes were imperative- not only to prepare my body for pregnancy but for my overall health, mood, and spirit. This led me on a path to really examine my true health and wellness and discover my passion for aiding others struggling with these issues.

I believe in the potential of everyone and setting your mind to achieving your goals is never simple. Let me be your ally! Without judgment, I can make the journey enjoyable. With my background in Nutrition and Health Coaching, I can guide you towards the lifestyle you desire. I don't believe there is a “one size fits all” approach to optimal health. I look at everyone as an individual and customize their plan accordingly.

I love living in Northern California with my husband, son, and puppy. We balance our active city life in Oakland with the incredible beaches and mountains nearby. Some of my other passions include dining with friends, traveling to new places, and experimenting with my Vitamix.

Habit Change

Bad habits can keep us from doing what we love, and can affect us physically and mentally. There is no quick fix for eliminating this, but by uncovering the root of the issue, we can work together to replace these toxic routines and rituals with ones that are positive and empowering.


Stress Management

Stress is a reality. It not only makes us feel anxious, tense, and aggravated, but it is also a known culprit for larger issues. Depression, fatigue, weight fluctuation, and nutritional deficiencies are other matters that often arise. Let me help you alleviate your stress with proper nutrition and healthy habit changes.


Female/Male Infertility

This issue is close to my heart: my husband and I struggled for years to conceive. I understand just how consuming and sad it can be. Balancing hormones through proper nutrition and finding ways to destress are helpful during this process. I can help you and/or your partner come up with a plan specific to your needs. My goal is to make this time a little less difficult.

Weight Loss

Changing your relationship with food and eliminating the foods that are keeping the weight on by replacing them with healthy, delicious options is what my main goal for you will be. This process will not be about depravation. I will devise a plan that is specific to your needs only. Rather than call it a diet, I like to say we are nourishing your body and spirit.
